The Xbox 360 elite is the epitome of gaming systems. Recently, the new two-hundred and fifty gigabyte edition was released. Look forward to that review as soon as I can get my hands on it. But for now, the still sleek, still beautiful design of the old one is the subject of our discussion.

To start, the graphics and speed of the console are amazing, with a capital A.
No other gaming console so far has such astounding game play as the Xbox. It has a huge variety of options and selections, to the point of making a first time user dizzy. This doesn’t mean that it’s not easy to figure out though. And then in the game; so fast, so beautiful, that it brings tears to your eyes. It is absolutely wort every penny of its current price of $249.99.

And then the design; it’s sleek it beautiful, but its BIG. Everything about it is big. The power brick alone is the size of a Wii. (Well, almost) That’s not necessarily a bad thing, but if you carry your system around a lot, then it’s gonna be a pain. That and the fact that it weighs a freaking TON.

then there's the whole RRoD thing, or the red ring of death. as its name implies, this is BAD, and a major screw-up on microsofts part. basically overheating causes warping of the motherboard, which then breaks soldering points and bam, goodbye xbox. I take apart xboxes that are broken for parts, and boy, there is no short supply of them.

In conclusion, the 360 is an amazing console. Great graphics, design, appearance, and memory. It’s just a little on the large and in charge side. Hey- that fits-large and in charge, that’s the 360 for ya. However, its many internal faults are to be seriously considered. but all in all, its a great console, and i really enjoyed playing it, before mine self destructed. Besides, they actually fixed the size and weight issue in the new 360 slim. (supposedly they fixed the RRoD too, but who knows?) Hopefully I can review that soon!
